Seeking Volunteers for CASA Program

Advocate for abused and/or neglected children in Rockland County!

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), a program of the MHA of Rockland, is seeking volunteers to speak up for the best interests of children in foster care or at risk of being in out-of-home care. The Family Court assigns CASA volunteers to cases where more information is needed to make decisions about the welfare of the child.

Training starts in May via Zoom on Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m.to 2:15 from 5/5-6/9. For more information please contact Stephanie Fox, Esq. at (845) 803-3744 or foxs@mharockland.org. Information about the National CASA program can be found at www.nationalcasagal.org.
