Do I need a computer to use telehealth?

No – you just need a phone.   With a password, you can phone in to any of our individual and group sessions.  Video capacity will enable you to join by a video app, but that isn’t required at all.

How do get an appointment?

We have open access.  This means that you can call anytime we’re open and we will typically connect you to a counselor right away or on the same day.  Call 845-267-2172, x205. 

What are your operating hours?

Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm, PLUS evening groups Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

I’m under a lot of stress right now.  Can I speak to someone at MHA Rockland outside of business hours?
