Director, Corporate Compliance

Full time; 35 hours/week
Program: Administration

Responsibilities: Reporting to the President, ensure that actions of staff and the agency are in accordance with and compliant to agency policies and procedures, industry laws, best practice modalities as established by professional associations, accrediting and licensing bodies and federal, state and local licensing boards, commissions and regulatory authorities.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: develop and monitor the agency Corporate Compliance Plan (CCP); ensure that regular internal audits, reviews and surveys are in compliance; advise and develop outcomes to  administrative and senior staff of the results of any such reviews; supervise staff; act as primary compliance liaison with federal, state and local authorities, licensing or regulatory authority and professional associations, etc.;  advise, educate and familiarize MHA staff with written CCP; ensure the proper reporting of violations of the CCP or concerns regarding compliance and quality assurance; investigate reports of alleged non-compliance, as necessary, to final resolution; report  to the Board or other committees as directed by the CEO; monitor outcome quality measures across the agency; facilitate, participate, attend and complete all MHA or state-sponsored programs related to position, program, or agency goals.

Requirements: Master’s  degree in Human Services, Public Administration or related field and a minimum of 4 years related experience in a health care or not for profit human service or mental health organization or Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 6 years related experience required or equivalent.   Supervisory experience.  Experience working with a diverse population. Microsoft Office experience; strong written, verbal and organizational skills needed.  Covid vaccination preferred. Valid driver’s license.
