Professional Clinician, Recovery Services

Full-time, benefits eligible
35 hrs/week

Responsibilities:   Responsible for the provision of individual and group therapy for culturally diverse child, young adult, adult and family populations, as well as the completion of psychosocial assessments with prospective clients.  Provide delivery of substance abuse services including case management services, comply with OASAS and program requirements for accurate and timely documentation, prepare and implement individual treatment plans and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:       Masters degree in mental health field, e.g. Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselor, Psychology, Counseling and appropriate certification. CASAC preferred.  Qualified Health Professional (QHP) preferred. Experience working with individuals with chemical addictions preferred.  Experience working with a diverse population.  Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills needed. Valid driver’s license required.  Position will require some evening hours.
