Full Time 25-35 hours a week (benefits eligible)
Program: Children and Family Services
Responsibilities:

- Implement new community-based programs for youth;
- Provide direct services in the home and community to children and youth who are under 21;
- Conduct assessments for mental health needs;
- Supervise direct care staff;
- Provide individual, family and group therapies;
- Conduct outreach/education regarding youth programs and services; and
- Additional duties as assigned,
Requirements:
- Licensed Mental Health Practitioner plus 2 years relevant experience;
- Experience conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to diagnose and or determine medical necessity to develop a treatment plan;
- Experience providing individual, group and family counseling;
- Supervisory experience a plus;
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) capabilities a plus;
- Experience working with a diverse population; and
- Experience providing trauma-informed care in a culturally and linguistically competent manner
