Supervisor of Youth Community-Based Services

Full Time 25-35 hours a week (benefits eligible)

Program:  Children and Family Services

Responsibilities:

    • Implement new community-based programs for youth;
    • Provide direct services in the home and community to children and youth who are under 21;
    • Conduct assessments for mental health needs;
    • Supervise direct care staff;
    • Provide individual, family and group therapies;
    • Conduct outreach/education regarding youth programs and services; and
    • Additional duties as assigned,

Requirements:

  • Licensed Mental Health Practitioner plus 2 years relevant experience;
  • Experience conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to diagnose and or  determine medical necessity to develop a treatment plan;
  • Experience providing individual, group and family counseling;
  • Supervisory experience a plus;
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) capabilities a plus;
  • Experience working with a diverse population; and
  • Experience providing trauma-informed care in a culturally and linguistically competent manner
