Program: Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS)

Location: Valley Cottage

Responsibilities:

Maintain a small individual caseload and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and meets agency compliance; develop and document an Individual Recovery Plan with each client; provide and oversee individual and group recovery strategies and services as indicated in the recovery plan; facilitate and lead groups; provide supportive collateral services and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related field. Personal lived experience with mental illness a plus. Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness on psychiatric, co-occurring and vocational rehabilitation goals preferred. Well developed written and verbal communication skills; and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills needed. Experience working with a diverse population preferred. Valid driver’s license.
