Responsibilities:  Provides day-to-day supervision of assigned staff, maintains a direct service caseload; reviews progress notes and other documentation and maintains strong familiarity with clients served by assigned staff; ensures that at-risk clients of assigned staff are identified and given sufficient care management support and that staff is adequately in contact with treatment and housing providers; assists the Director as requested; supports staff with interventions for client, family and program including attending home visits and other meetings as needed; reviews charts and ensures compliance and additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements:  Master’ s Degree in related human service field with three years post graduate experience working with individuals recovering from serious mental illness or equivalent.   Supervisory experience required, clinical supervisory experience preferred.  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude and be able to perform multiple duties and responsibilities in a creative, team building manner. Ability to organize, direct and coordinate services and resolve problems within the program. Experience working with a diverse population preferred.  Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.  Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to programs or other off-site facilities as required.
