Respite Services offer families a scheduled break after a child age 5-17 has experienced an emotional trauma and the family needs time to recover and move forward.
This provides a “breather” in which you – the parent or caregiver – can assess which resources will be of most benefit for your child and your family. Trained respite workers will provide one-on-one respite to your child, which may include recreational activities and socialization opportunities.
We also offer group respite programs in which children/teens come together for fun events, such as attending a movie, going to a show, etc.
There is no fee.
