Children & Family Services

Children’s Care Management helps children ages 5-18 who are experiencing significant behavioral difficulties to dream with hope about their future and become more connected to their families and schools. As these children are at risk of being hospitalized, Care Managers work closely with them, seeing them multiple times each month and empowering them to take steps towards their dreams. These steps may include tutoring, employment, and after-school programs.

We also offer special activities that help children in this program connect to each other and develop social skills.

Activities include:

  • Exercise classes
  • Socialization groups
  • Yoga

Fee: There is no fee but there is an application process that Rockland County Department of Mental Health coordinates.
